300 year old farmhouse fully converted to high standards in Gharb Gozo

Penmon farmhouse is a charming 300 year old farmhouse located in the tranquil village of Gharb on the west side of the island of Gozo. The house was renovated with family in mind serving as a getaway from the hectic city life for its current owners. 
 Penmon farmhouse consists of 4 bedrooms all with modern en suite facilites, three living rooms comprising, TV room, Open Plan Conservatory, Kitchen and Dining room, sun terraces and al fresco dining. The Pool has a unique designed lagoon type with waterfall, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. Penmon has been immaculately converted and beautifully furnished with Indian Hardwood furniture and a completely new contemporary kitchen. 
The swimming pool, located at the back of the house is an expansive 10mtrs * 7mtrs south facing haven, with a spacious sunbathing area plus shower facility. And for that complete Mediterranean feeling, an open gazebo overlooks the pool for outside catering including a large charcoal BBQ with an original stone table.

Accommodation

Bedrooms: 
Penmon farmhouse has  4 bedrooms with 2 bedrooms situated on each floor with 3 of the bedrooms being double bedrooms. These consist of a double bed, two door wardrobes with drawers, bedside tables and a dressing table. The fourth bedroom consists of 3 single beds, bunk beds, two door wardrobe, bedside tables, dressing table, a 9 drawer cabinet unit.
A TV is also included in this room. All bedrooms include Air Conditioning (cooling and heating).

Bathrooms:
Modern en-suite facilities are included in all bedrooms. These include Shower cubicles, toilet, sink with vanity unit complete with mirrors, drawer storage and accessories.

Kitchen:
The newly fitted kitchen has just been installed and fully equipped with fridge/freezer, extra large refrigerator ideal for large drinks, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, electric kettle, juicer and toaster. Safety features such as fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke alarm, first aid kit are also part of the kitchen.

Living Rooms:
The ground floor consists of a traditional hallway leading to the living room and conservatory, incorporating an LED Flat TV, Cable. The TV area consists of a 3 seater leather sofa and 2 single leather sofas ideal for relaxing. The conservatory consists of a seating area where one can sit and relax, read a book whilst enjoying the view of the pool. A third sitting area on the first floor includes an LCD TV with cable and DVD player. Board games and a library are also included overlooking a nice large terrace.

Pool / Deck Area:
The swimming pool, is a large 10mtrs * 7mtrs L-Shaped south facing haven, with a spacious sunbathing and deck area, including 6 sun loungers plus outside shower facility.
 And for that complete Mediterranean feeling, an open gazebo overlooks the pool for outside catering along with a charcoal stone BBQ and a large stone table with ceramic tiles top. 

Housekeeping 
This includes change of bedlinen, bath and kitchen towels once a week. This service is provided for customers exceeding 7 or more nights.
